VICDOWEX K-Type and T-Type Prefabricated Houses are modular building solutions designed for fast, economical, and flexible temporary construction. Built with lightweight steel structures and insulated sandwich panels, both systems can be quickly assembled, dismantled, and reused for offices, dormitories, and site facilities.

K-Type houses are a cost-effective solution for standard temporary buildings, while T-Type houses offer upgraded structural performance and improved comfort for longer-term use. Both are widely used in construction camps, industrial projects, and emergency housing worldwide.
K-Type Prefabricated House
The K-Type Prefabricated House is a modular building system constructed with a lightweight steel frame and color steel sandwich panels. It uses a standardized “K & P” modular measurement system, allowing fast assembly, flexible layout design, and efficient transportation. With bolt-connected components, the system can be quickly installed, dismantled, and reused across multiple projects.

K-Type Prefabricated House Calculation Method:
1K = 1820mm (panel length module)
1P = 950mm (height module)
Typical structures:
3P = single-storey
6P = double-storey
9P = three-storey buildings
Example:3K × 10K × 6P = Width × Length × Height
Main Materials
● Steel structure frame: light steel columns and beams ensuring structural stability and load-bearing performance
● Roof & wall panels: color steel sandwich panels (EPS / rock wool / polyurethane optional) for insulation, fire resistance, and durability
● Doors & windows: aluminum alloy systems for durability and weather resistance
● Connection system:bolted assembly for fast installation and easy disassembly
● Foundation system:concrete strip footing or steel base beams depending on site conditions
T-Type Prefabricated House
The T-Type Prefabricated House is an upgraded modular steel structure system built with insulated sandwich panels for both walls and roofing. It offers higher flexibility and better spatial performance compared to K-Type, with a more refined appearance and improved structural stability through square tube columns integrated into the wall system.
It supports multiple core materials such as EPS, rock wool, polyurethane, and fiberglass to meet different insulation and fire resistance requirements. Designed for longer service life, it can be dismantled, reused, and adapted to different project layouts.
